Baxalta Brand Internal Launch Program
Baxalta Incorporated (NYSE: BXLT) is a $6 billion global biopharmaceutical leader that develops, manufactures and commercializes therapies focused on hematology, oncology and immunology. Launched in 2015 following a separation from Baxter International, Baxalta has advanced biological manufacturing operations across 13 international facilities and its therapies are available in more than 100 countries.
Baxalta and Pivot Design worked together to develop the new Baxalta logo, complete brand, brand rollout approach and are continuing to develop the ongoing integrated brand communications program.
Baxalta first revealed their new brand to the global team as a part of an internal launch campaign and event. For this event, I worked closely with Baxalta’s Senior Leadership to concept the Baxalta Culture Kit Box and managed Pivot’s team internally for the design and production of this piece. This involved pulling together a strong team of designers at Pivot to own individual components of the kit and organizing the team so that the pieces came together flawlessly. Additionally, I art directed the production of videos that brought the Culture Infographics to life.
In addition to developing the Culture Kit materials, myself and the Pivot Design team assisted with the concept, event flow and brand launch video for the internal brand launch event. It was an exciting, high energy evening as leaders from around the globe came together to see their new logo for the first time.
